A leading Federal Government agency is seeking experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developers to play a key role in delivering secure, scalable, and high-performing enterprise applications across major ICT programs. This role focuses on designing, developing, and supporting innovative solutions built on the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CRM to enhance collaboration, integration, and digital capability.

The successful Microsoft Power Platform Developers will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Designing, developing, and implementing solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, D365 CRM, and ADX/Portal applications.
• Collaborating within Agile Release Trains (SAFe) to deliver high-quality, user-centred digital products.
• Developing solution documentation, conducting peer reviews, and supporting DevOps deployment pipelines.
• Providing technical input into requirement reviews, solution design, and release management.
• Working collaboratively with product owners, architects, and testers to deliver innovative, standards-aligned outcomes.

The successful Microsoft Power Platform Developers will have:

• 3+ years’ experience developing and implementing Microsoft Power Platform and D365 CRM solutions in large enterprise environments.
• Experience in DevOps tools, Agile or SAFe delivery frameworks, and CI/CD deployment models.
• Proven capability in CRM form scripting (JavaScript), Custom Page Integration, and ADX Portal development.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
• Relevant IT qualifications and/or Microsoft certifications (highly desirable).
