A prominent Federal Government agency is seeking an experienced Data Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of critical data and analytics initiatives supporting strategic outcomes across a major Federal Government program! The successful Data Delivery Manager will be offered an initial 12 month contract with a 12 month extension, based in NSW with flexible hybrid arrangements.

The successful Data Delivery Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams including Technical BAs, Data Analysts, and Testers to deliver high-quality data products and reporting outcomes.
• Manage delivery schedules, dependencies, risks, and documentation to ensure traceability and alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate across Data & Analytics teams to plan, design, and implement data assets and analytics solutions using best-practice methodologies such as Agile, Prince2, and PMBOK.
• Provide delivery leadership, promote continuous improvement, and foster stakeholder engagement across multiple business areas.
• Review business and technical design artefacts to ensure solutions align with validated business use cases and expected outcomes.

To be successful, the Data Delivery Manager will have experience in the following:

• 8–10 years’ experience leading data and analytics delivery in complex enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to manage project delivery and quality across multi-disciplinary teams under tight timelines.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project.
• Strong background in stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and dependency tracking.
• Knowledge of SQL or Python and familiarity with data security and governance principles (desirable).
