A leading Federal Government department is seeking a skilled Data Business Analyst to support sensitive data analysis and reporting initiatives. The successful candidate will be engaged on a 12-month contract, with a 12-month extension option, and will be based in ACT. Candidates must hold NV1 security clearance and be willing to upgrade to NV2 if required.

The successful Data Business Analyst  will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Analyse multiple sensitive data feeds to identify patterns and trends
• Develop dashboards and reports for senior leadership
• Manage reporting processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve data analytics and governance
• Contribute to change initiatives enhancing data management and security operations

The successful Business Warehousing Developer / Analyst (SAP Information Architect) will have experience in the following:

• Qualifications in IT or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with SQL and/or Power BI
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and drive process improvements
