A leading Federal Government agency is seeking multiple Senior Business Analysts to join a dynamic team delivering critical ICT capabilities and projects across multiple domains. The successful Senior Business Analysts will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Lead strategic planning, gap analysis, and solution blueprint development for complex projects.
• Facilitate workshops and document business processes and requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise requirements and ensure ICT alignment.
• Produce key deliverables including process maps, specifications, and risk plans.

The successful Senior Business Analysts will have experience in the following:

• Minimum 5 years in a Senior Business Analyst role
• Strong background in business modelling, process improvement, and strategic planning.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities.
• Expertise in requirements definition and stakeholder engagement.
