We are seeking multiple System Administrators to join a major Federal Government program focused on critical national capabilities. This is a 12-month engagement with a 12-month extension option, offering the chance to work on complex ICT infrastructure projects within a highly skilled team.

 The successful System Administrators will be responsible for, but not limited to:  

• Lead configuration and sustainment of Linux-based ICT infrastructure (physical and cloud environments), including servers and network devices.
• Use automation tools such as Puppet and Ansible to prepare and replicate system builds.
• Configure and maintain core services including monitoring, syslog, and authentication.
• Ensure reliability through automation, patching, monitoring, and version control.
• Maintain technical documentation and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

The successful System Administrators will have experience in the following: 

• Strong background in system software administration, including installation, tuning, and testing.
• Hands-on experience with automation and deployment tools (Puppet, Ansible, Docker).
• Familiarity with integration and build processes, including testing and troubleshooting.
• Scripting skills in Python or Bash for automation and process improvement.
• Knowledge of tools such as Apache NiFi and Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence).
