A prominent Federal Government agency is seeking experienced Manual Testers to support a major digital transformation program enhancing core case management and customer-facing systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a highly collaborative environment to develop a robust testing framework that underpins high-quality digital service delivery. The successful Manual Testers will be engaged on an initial 12-month contract with a further 6-month extension option, with hybrid work arrangements based in QLD, ACT, VIC and NSW.

The successful Manual Testers will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Design, document and execute comprehensive test plans.
• Communicate complex information clearly and professionally.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to support successful delivery.
• Use Jira, Confluence and case management tools to manage testing activities.
• Troubleshoot D365 behaviours, validate data flows and document defects accurately.

The successful Manual Testers will have experience in the following:

• Strong manual testing experience across enterprise apps, particularly D365.
• Proven delivery of ST, SIT and E2E testing for D365 modules.
• Hands-on D365 testing of workflows, forms, roles, data migration and customisations.
• Experience validating D365 integrations with Azure services and APIs.
• Skilled in creating test cases and managing defects using Azure DevOps.
