A high-profile Federal Government agency is seeking an experienced ICT Security Systems Administrator to support and maintain cyber security infrastructure and platforms within a highly secure environment. The role focuses on implementing and sustaining ICT security capabilities across on-premise and cloud environments as part of a specialist cyber security team. This is a 12-month contract with 2 × 12-month extension options.

The successful ICT Security Systems Administrator will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Design, deploy and sustain ICT security capabilities across complex environments
• Implement and maintain SIEM, SOAR and vulnerability management platforms
• Support and maintain Windows and Linux infrastructure, including servers and storage
• Troubleshoot operational issues and automate system tasks to ensure reliability

The successful ICT Security Systems Administrator will have experiences in the following:

• Experience administering and integrating SIEM, SOAR, vulnerability management and secure infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of information security principles, practices and technologies
• Proven ability to lead and uplift cyber security capabilities
• Relevant tertiary qualification in IT or equivalent experience
