A Federal Government agency is seeking an experienced Senior ERP Business Analyst to support a large-scale ERP Uplift Program. This program aims to modernise and unify enterprise systems by implementing a secure, cloud-based ERP platform aligned to a long-term strategic roadmap. The successful Senior ERP Business Analyst will secure an initial 12-month contract with extension options and hybrid work flexibility.

The successful Senior ERP Business Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Elicit, analyse and document business requirements across finance, procurement and travel functions
• Define future-state processes and information flows aligned to ERP “adopt not adapt” principles
• Develop functional and data requirements to support ERP configuration and integration
• Support solution design workshops and validate solutions against business needs
• Assist with UAT, business readiness, change impacts and go-live transition activities

The successful Senior ERP Business Analyst will have experience in the following:

• Proven experience in a senior ERP or enterprise business analyst role
• Strong capabilities in requirements definition, business process improvement and business modelling
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience supporting finance or corporate systems within complex environments
• Experience with enterprise reporting, BI or analytics platforms, including working with data models and financial reporting structures
