We are seeking skilled Senior Business Analysts to join a high-performing Federal Government Department. The successful Senior Business Analysts will play a key role in shaping solutions, improving business processes, supporting evidence-based decision-making, and engaging with senior stakeholders in fast-paced delivery environments. The successful Senior Business Analysts will secure a 12-month contract with 2x12 month extension options, based in ACT, VIC, SA or QLD.

The Senior Business Analysts will be responsible for but not limited to;

• Leading and contributing to requirements gathering, analysis and documentation
• Mapping and improving business processes, customer journeys and workflows
• Translating business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements
• Facilitating stakeholder workshops, interviews and collaboration forums
• Analysing data, risks and system impacts to support informed decision-making

The Senior Business Analysts will have experience in the following:

• Proven experience working under tight deadlines and high stakeholder interest
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences
• Confidence managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives
• Experience with process modelling, requirements management and BA toolsets
• Exposure to BABOK, Agile, HCD, user-centred design or Digital Service Standard
