A Key Federal Government agency is seeking experienced IDAM/ Application Developers to contribute to a large-scale, high-impact 3-year modernisation program. This role with support the design, build and ongoing enhancement of a large-scale IDAM solution in a complex cloud environment.

The Successful IDAM/ Application Developers will be responsible for but not limited to; 

• Designing, developing, and supporting IDAM solutions within a Federal Government cloud environment
• Administering and integrating Microsoft Entra ID with target applications for provisioning, de-provisioning, and lifecycle management
• Implementing and maintaining on-boarding, off-boarding, and access rectification processes
• Developing secure, scalable application components and integration services
• Ensuring end-to-end delivery of Identity Management and Access aligned with security, compliance, and governance requirements

The successful IDAM/ Application Developers will have experience in the following: 

• Strong proficiency in C# and modern .NET, including scalable web APIs and background services (Worker Services, Azure Functions)
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, including app registrations, enterprise applications, SCIM provisioning, and conditional access
• Proven delivery of solutions on Microsoft Azure, including App Service, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Key Vault
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts such as RBAC, ABAC, identity lifecycle management, JIT access, and least-privilege principles
• Experience in secure, enterprise-scale development, including DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and security-focused design
