We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach / Delivery Manager to support a major Federal Government digital program. The successful Agile Coach / Delivery Manager will coordinate delivery across multiple teams and workstreams, remove blockers, manage risks and dependencies, and provide clear delivery oversight to support high-quality digital outcomes. This long-term opportunity offers an initial 12-month contract with extension options of up to 24 months, with flexible hybrid arrangements available across multiple locations.

The Agile Coach / Delivery Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Developing and managing integrated delivery plans across multiple teams and workstreams
• Monitoring progress against milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and delivery trade-offs
• Providing clear delivery reporting to senior stakeholders to support decision-making
• Supporting release planning, readiness, governance and assurance activities
• Improving ways of working, team coordination, delivery predictability and cross-team collaboration

 The Agile Coach / Delivery Manager will have experience in the following:

• Demonstrated experience managing delivery across complex multi-team environments
• Strong capability in delivery planning, scheduling, dependency, risk and issue management
• Experience producing decision-focused reporting for senior and diverse stakeholders
• Knowledge of Agile, hybrid and structured delivery approaches in complex environments
• Understanding of Australian Government digital delivery standards, accessibility and user-centred delivery
