We are seeking Service Delivery Managers to join a high-performing Federal Government Department. The successful Service Delivery Manager will oversee the delivery and operational support of internal and external services, ensuring services are efficient, customer-focused and aligned to business and technology outcomes. The successful Service Delivery Manager will secure an initial 12-month contract with the view to be extended for 2 years and receive a rewarding hourly rate.
The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for but not limited to;
- Managing stakeholder communications and acting as a key contact for customers
- Preparing, planning and managing new or changed services and service agreements
- Managing service performance, costs, sustainability and continuous improvement
- Overseeing integration of internal and external services
- Managing incidents, service continuity planning and approved change processes
