One of Australia's leading Federal Government agencies is looking to engage multiple Senior Business Analysts to support the delivery of complex ICT initiatives and business transformation programs. Working within a technology-driven environment, you will play a key role in analysing business processes, eliciting and managing requirements, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and driving improved business outcomes across enterprise technology projects. Successful candidates will be offered an initial 36-month contract with extension options and competitive hourly rates.

The successful Senior Business Analysts will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Leading business analysis activities across complex ICT projects and transformation initiatives.
• Eliciting, analysing and managing business requirements while maintaining traceability and assurance documentation.
• Conducting business process analysis, identifying improvement opportunities and delivering business-focused solutions.
• Engaging with senior stakeholders to define business objectives and drive project outcomes.
• Developing business cases and providing recommendations to support organisational and technology change. 

The successful Senior Business Analysts will have experience in the following:

• Requirements elicitation, analysis and stakeholder management.
• Business process modelling, analysis and design.
• ICT infrastructure, networks and enterprise technology environments.
• Business case development, process improvement and business transformation activities.
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
