A leading Federal Government agency is seeking experienced ServiceNow Specialists to support the delivery of critical ICT transformation initiatives. Opportunities are available for both hands-on ServiceNow technical consultants and service resilience specialists, contributing to the design, implementation and optimisation of ServiceNow capabilities within a complex enterprise environment. Successful candidates will be offered contracts through to 30 June 2027 with lucrative hourly rates and a 12-month extension option.

The successful ServiceNow Specialists will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Configure, develop and maintain ServiceNow platform solutions.
• Build workflows, approvals, forms and service catalogue capabilities.
• Support ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB and platform integrations.
• Provide service resilience, observability and capability uplift advice.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and support release activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and produce technical documentation.

The successful ServiceNow Specialists will have experience in the following:

• Strong hands-on ServiceNow configuration and development experience.
• ServiceNow ITSM, workflow automation and platform administration.
• JavaScript, integrations, APIs and ServiceNow security controls.
• ITAM, ITOM, CMDB and CSDM implementation experience.
• Service resilience, observability and operational continuity practices.
• ITIL frameworks, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
