An exciting State Government Agency is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a high-performing team. The successful Project Manager will be responsible for leading the delivery of complex land development and urban renewal projects, ensuring projects are delivered in line with Government priorities, commercial objectives and community expectations. You will be offered an initial 12 month contract with the view to be extended for a further 12 months and receiving a lucrative hourly rate.

The Project Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex land development and urban renewal projects from sales through to completion.
• Manage project governance, budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement and reporting requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, developers, contractors and key stakeholders.
• Provide strategic leadership, risk management and oversight of multidisciplinary project teams.

The Project Manager will have experience in the following:

• Demonstrated experience delivering complex land development, urban renewal, infrastructure or capital works projects.
• Demonstrated experience in project/program management, governance, procurement and contract management.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across government and industry.
• Relevant qualifications and/or a minimum of 10 years\' experience in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management or a related discipline.
