A high-profile Federal Government Department is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex ICT projects and enterprise technology initiatives. You will work across Agile, SAFe, Scrum, enterprise financial platforms and ICT transformation programs, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and driving high-quality project outcomes. The successful Delivery Manager will be offered an initial 12-month contract with the view to be extended, based in QLD, WA, ACT, VIC, NSW or SA, with hybrid working arrangements.

The successful Delivery Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Lead and coordinate multiple Scrum teams, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives and Agile delivery activities.

• Manage project scope, timelines, sprint schedules and release planning, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts and technical teams to manage product backlogs, prepare user stories and remove delivery barriers.

• Oversee project governance, stage gates, risk management and reporting, while coaching teams in Agile frameworks and Scrum best practices.

The successful Delivery Manager will have experience in the following:

• A minimum of 3 years\' experience delivering complex ICT projects using Agile and SAFe methodologies within large programs.

• Leading technical implementations involving enterprise financial platforms and complex business systems.

• Scrum delivery, sprint planning, backlog management and Agile team coaching, including collaboration with Business Analysts and Product Owners.

• Stakeholder engagement, project governance and delivery management tools, including Jira and Confluence.
