About the role

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join a growing service team responsible for maintaining and servicing commercial air conditioning and refrigeration systems across multiple sites.

In this role, you will carry out installation, service, maintenance, and fault-finding on a range of HVAC and refrigeration systems including chillers and VRV/VRF systems. You will be responsible for ensuring equipment operates efficiently while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

The successful HVAC Technician will have experience in the following, but not limited to;

• Experience servicing and maintaining commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Ability to communicate with clients, site managers and project teams
• Fault finding and diagnostics on air conditioning systems and chillers
• Experience working with VRV / VRF systems and commercial refrigeration equipment
• Mechanical repairs and troubleshooting of HVAC systems
• Ability to work independently across multiple commercial sites
• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years HVAC industry experience
• Trade qualification in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or working towards)
• White Card
• Valid driver’s licence
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Desirable:

• Elevated Work Platform (EWP) ticket
• ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence
• Forklift licence
• Experience working across large commercial facilities
