About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Technical Services Representative to join the team on a contract basis. This role involves delivering both remote and on-site technical support to clients across the Canberra region.

You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining printing and IT systems, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

In this role you will:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and diagnose technical issues across printing equipment and IT systems
  • Perform on-site service tasks including consumable replenishment, parts replacement, and equipment handling
  • Manage collection and delivery of recycling boxes within set timeframes
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve complex issues
  • Maintain accurate documentation of service activities and support records
  • Contribute to service improvements through feedback and recommendations

You will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure service delivery meets agreed standards and timelines.


Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in a technical support, help desk, or field service role
  • Exposure to printing technologies, IT systems, or related environments
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet service targets and deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with customers and team members
  • Strong attention to detail with accurate record-keeping skills
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
  • Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel to customer sites
  • Flexibility to work both on-site and remotely
