One of Australia's leading Federal Government departments are looking to engage an experienced Business Analysts & System Analysts to join a talented team. You will understand, analyse, and model the end to end business and technical processes in the department in order to apply policy and operational enhancements to systems.

The Business Analysts & System Analysts will be offered an initial 12 month contract with the view to be extended for 2 years and receive a rewarding hourly rate. 

The successful Business Analysts & System Analysts will be responsible for the below:

• Liaise with stakeholders to understand, gather, and analyse their requirements and concerns, in line with the agency and programme’s business objectives.
• Examine and organise requirements to record and identify dependencies, relationships, and logical sequences.
• Analyse data standards and develop clear requirements and comprehensive user stories for API, information security and authorisation development.

The successful Business Analysts & System Analysts will have experience in the following:

• An understanding of ICT environment, SDLC and agile methodology
• Experience working in a complex multi-disciplinary organisation
• Extensive experience in defining business requirements, user stories, process maps
• Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships
