A high-profile Federal Government Department is seeking multiple experienced Project Officers/Project Support Officers to join a major intelligence program. The successful Project Officers/Project Support Officers will secure an initial 12 month contract with 2 x 12 month extension options and a lucrative hourly rate.  

The successful Project Officers/Project Support Officers will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Support the development and maintenance of project and/or portfolio planning and performance processes.
• Support the preparations for project test, evaluation and acceptance programs.
• Apply project management methodologies to administrative and technical activities.

 The successful Project Officers/Project Support Officers will have experience in the following:

• Demonstrated experience in a similar position, ideally within a government context
• Knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies - i.e. Prince2
• Strong organisational and documentation skills with the ability to research, draft and prepare briefs and correspondence.
