One of Australia's most progressive Federal Government departments are looking to engage a Business Analyst to deliver several digital projects, initiatives and improvements to existing systems. The successful Business Analyst will be offered an initial contract until June 2026 with the view to be extended and receive a rewarding hourly rate.

The successful Business Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to: 

• Lead business analysis activities to identify, evaluate and implement ICT digital solutions 
• Applying contemporary methodologies (Agile, DevOps, user-centered design) to translate business processes into solution requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to gather insights and validate requirements.
• Contribute to the Software Development Lifecycle (SLDC) maturity and DevOps adoption through structured analysis practices.

The successful Business Analyst will have experience in the following:

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analysis preferably within federal government
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with vendors, government agencies and internal stakeholders
• Experience working with Azure DevOps and MIRO
• Experience working with Emerging AI search tools is highly desirable
