A high-profile Federal Government department is looking to engage an experienced Multiple Project Officers to assist in the operations of a Project/Program/Portfolio Office and the delivery IT projects. The successful Project Officers will be offered an initial 12-month contract with the view to extended for a further 24 months and receive a rewarding hourly rate.

The successful Project Officers will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Assist with preparations for project test, evaluation and acceptance programs.
• Apply project methodologies to administrative and technical activities.
• Research, draft and prepare briefs, correspondence and reports including submissions for committee consideration.

The successful Project Officers will have experience in the following:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Project Officer or similar role
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, SaFE etc.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and other project applications.
