A high-profile Federal Government Department is looking to engage an experienced Workforce Planner to join their Program Services team and help drive the success of a major ICT Program of Work. The successful Workforce Planner will be offered an initial 12 month contract with the view to extend for a further 2 x 12 months and receive a rewarding hourly rate.

The successful Workforce Planner will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Analysing workforce capability and identifying skill gaps.
• Developing and maintaining workforce demand and allocation plans.
• Preparing executive dashboards and reporting packs.
• Supporting strategic resourcing and project delivery decisions.

The successful Workforce Planner will have experience in the following:

• Proven workforce planning and optimisation in ICT or complex environments.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills (Power BI desirable).
• Ability to forecast, plan and prioritise competing workforce needs.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
