A leading Federal Government organisation is seeking to engage two experienced Senior Business Analysts to join a high-performing Project Delivery team supporting multiple ICT initiatives. The successful Senior Business Analysts will work across multiple projects at various stages of the development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design through to testing and release. The successful Senior Business Analysts will secure an initial 12-month contract with extension options, based in Canberra with hybrid working arrangements.

The Senior Business Analysts will be responsible for but not limited to;

• Gathering, validating, and formalising business requirements across multiple ICT projects
• Liaising with technical teams and business stakeholders to translate business needs into system requirements
• Conducting business modelling and business situation analysis to support solution delivery
• Supporting business process improvement initiatives and identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency
• Producing high-quality documentation, modelling artefacts and knowledge transfer materials

The Senior Business Analysts will have experience in the following:

• Strong experience in requirements definition and management for complex ICT initiatives
• Demonstrated capability in business modelling and business process improvement
• Experience conducting business situation analysis and feasibility assessments
• Strong documentation, analysis and consultative problem-solving skills
• Experience working within Agile or structured delivery environments supporting ICT projects
