We are seeking two Senior Content Manager TRIM Infrastructure Engineers to support a major Federal Government environment. The successful candidates will provide specialist administration and operational support across enterprise Content Manager/TRIM platforms, ensuring systems remain stable, secure, compliant, and high performing.

The Senior Content Manager will be responsible for:

• Managing & supporting Content Manager/TRIM systems, upgrades, patching & maintenance
• Investigating and resolving incidents, performance issues and system risks
• Supporting records management, information governance and compliance requirements
• Preparing technical specifications, system designs, deployment plans and SOPs
• Working with ICT teams and stakeholders to optimise platform performance

The successful candidate will have:

• 5+ years’ Content Manager/TRIM systems administration experience
• Strong Windows Server, SQL Query and Visual Studio experience
• Experience with .NET development and TRIM SDK
• Strong infrastructure, availability, and problem management capability
• Knowledge of Elastic Search, ITIL and enterprise records management environments
