We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Architect to join a Federal Government to deliver strategic, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. The successful Lead Business Architect will play a key leadership role in defining business architecture, shaping future state capabilities and guiding complex, ICT-enabled outcomes.  The successful Lead Business architect will be offered an initial 12 month contract with the view to be extended for 2 years and receive a rewarding hourly rate.

The successful Lead Business Architect will be responsible for, but not limited to: 

• Leading development of business architecture including operating models, value streams and capability frameworks
• Driving strategic alignment between business objectives, processes, technology and delivery outcomes
• Managing complex stakeholder engagement across senior executives, business and ICT teams

 The Successful Lead Business Architect will have:

• Proven experience in business architecture, strategy development and transformation delivery
• Strong ability to design operating models, business processes and enterprise capability frameworks
• Demonstrated leadership experience across multidisciplinary teams and complex programs
