This is a fantastic opportunity for Multiple Program Managers to join a high profile Federal Government department. The successful Program Managers will lead and manage the delivery of a complex ICT infrastructure and cyber resilience program. The successful Program Managers will be offered an initial 12 month contract with the view to be extended for 2 years and receive a rewarding hourly rate.

The successful Program Managers will be responsible for, but not limited to: 

• Establish and maintain a clear program delivery approach, including scope, schedule, milestones, dependencies, governance and reporting arrangements
• Provide leadership to project managers, delivery leads and multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure program milestones, deliverables, dependencies and decision points are clearly documented and actively managed
• Develop, maintain and oversee integrated program plans, schedules and delivery roadmaps

The successful Program Manager will have experience in the following:

• Extensive experience managing large, complex ICT programs, preferably involving infrastructure, cyber security, network modernisation, service transition or enterprise technology uplift
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary delivery teams and coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams
• Strong program planning, scheduling, governance and delivery control capability
• Demonstrated experience managing program risks, issues, dependencies, decisions and escalations
