An innovative Federal Government Agency is looking to engage an Organisational Change Manager to support a major ICT and business transformation program. The role will focus on the structured, procedural aspects of transitioning an organisation to a desired future state. The successful Organisational Change Manager will be offered an initial 12 month contract with the view to be extended for 24 months and receive a rewarding hourly rate.

The Organisational Change Manager will be responsible for but not limited to;

• Lead and actively deliver the development of organisational change strategies and business change implementation plans
• Conduct and own the execution of impact assessments to identify changes to processes, systems, structures, roles and ways of working
• Apply and practically implement structured change management methodologies and tools
• Assess organisational readiness, capacity and change risks, and translate insights into hands-on change activities.

The Organisational Change Manager will have experience in the following:

• Demonstrated experience leading and delivering end-to-end organisational change management activities for ICT or digital transformation programs/projects.
• Proven ability to conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and translate these into practical, executable change plans and actions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including the ability to work closely with and coach senior leaders and sponsors in a hands-on capacity.
• Experience applying and operationalising structured OCM methodologies within program and project environments.
