A high profile Federal Government Agency is looking to engage an experienced Benefits Realisation Specialist to provide strategic leadership and expert advice on benefits management, benefits realisation and economic evaluation across the Agency. The successful Benefits Realisation Specialist will be offered an initial 12 month contract with the view to be extended for the further 12 months and receive a rewarding hourly rate. 

The Benefits Realisation Specialist will be responsible for but not limited to;

• Lead benefits management and benefits realisation activities across Agency programs, projects and initiatives.
• Lead complex benefits analyses, including economic, behavioural and qualitative assessments, to evaluate and demonstrate the value and impact of departments investments.
• Design and undertake economic evaluations, including cost-benefit analysis, cost-effectiveness analysis, return-on-investment analysis and multi-criteria decision analysis.
• Provide benefits assurance and expert advice to ensure benefits measurement is robust, evidence-based and aligned with best practice.

The Benefits Realisation Specialist will have experience in the following:

• Demonstrated expertise in benefits management, benefits realisation and economic evaluation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesise complex quantitative and qualitative information and translate findings into clear, evidence-based recommendations.
• Highly developed stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams and with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Experience developing and implementing evaluation, measurement or performance frameworks, including the establishment of meaningful indicators, measures and reporting approaches.
