One of Australia's High Profile Federal Government departments is looking to engage five experienced Senior Technical Business Analysts will to assist in the delivery of diverse and varied projects, centered around a large-scale digital transformation that is currently underway. The successful Senior Technical Business Analysts will secure a 12 month contract with the view to be extended for a further 12 months and receive a rewarding hourly rate!

The successful Senior Technical Business Analysts will will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Work closely with program, business and technical stakeholders to effectively discover, define, validate, prioritise and continuously manage requirements that translate identified needs into outcomes.
• Examine and organise requirements to record dependencies, relationships and identify logical sequences.
• Synthesise business and technical requirements/concepts and present them in simple terms.

The successful Senior Technical Business Analysts will will have experience in the following:

• Demonstrated experience of at least 5 years, working in a similar role performing business analysis activities including workshop facilitation, supporting the successful delivery of high-impact and high-value initiatives that lead to meaningful change.
• Demonstrated experience in effectively communicating with technical SME's to define and obtain an understanding of business needs, technical constraints, and technical concepts and present them in simple terms.
• Demonstrated experience in effectively managing multiple business stakeholders, establishing effective working relationships with stakeholders, and effectively liaising and keeping stakeholders informed and engaged, both verbally and in writing.
