One of Australia's leading Federal Government departments is looking to engage an experienced Associate Change Analyst to deliver organisational change initiatives effectively and efficiently and to support people leaders to lead their teams through change. The successful Associate Change Analyst will secure a 12 month contract with the view to be extended for a further 12 months and receive a rewarding hourly rate!

The successful Associate Change Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Delivering change management and program outcomes on schedule, within budget and aligned with organisational goals and objectives.
• Effectively engaging with stakeholders to conduct and deliver detailed and accurate change impact assessments.
• Identifying and mitigating resistance to change using proactive strategies and interventions.

The successful Associate Change Analyst will have experience in the following:

• Proven experience in managing programs and associated change within software development or IT projects, including planning, executing, and evaluating change management activities.
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs to support change initiatives.
• Familiarity with established change management methodologies such as ADKAR or Prosci.
