One of Australia's leading Federal Government departments is looking to engage an experienced Solution Infrastructure Engineer to serve as the primary technical authority and strategic advisor for the organisation’s on-premises technology ecosystem. The successful Associate Change Analyst will secure a contract until 30^th June 2027 with the view to be extended for a further 24 months and receive a rewarding hourly rate!

The successful Solution Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Developing and maintaining technology infrastructure roadmaps aligned with broader business and IT strategies.
• Providing guidance and advice to IT leadership on emerging infrastructure trends, lifecycle management, and investment opportunities.
• Identifying opportunities within existing infrastructure to reduce technical debt, optimise costs, and unlock business value.

The successful Solution Infrastructure Engineer will have experience in the following:

• Provide advice and guidance on the planning, design and improvement of service and component availability.
• Experience using Enterprise Server Operating Systems
• Monitor service component capacity and initiates actions to resolve any shortfalls according to agreed procedures.
