One of Australia's high profile Federal Government departments is looking to engage 4 experienced Senior .Net Developers to be responsible for designing, developing, testing, maintaining and supporting secure, reliable and scalable applications and APIs using Microsoft .NET technologies.  The successful Senior .Net Developers will secure an initial contract until 31 December 2027, with the view to be extended for a further 12 months and receive a rewarding hourly rate!

The successful Senior .Net Developers will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Contribute to the delivery, maintenance and support of enterprise ICT systems, including web applications, APIs, integrations and data-driven services.
• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain applications and services using C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC, Web API and related Microsoft technologies.
• Translate business requirements, user stories and technical specifications into secure, maintainable and scalable software solutions.

The successful Senior .Net Developers will have experience in the following:

• Demonstrated experience developing, maintaining and supporting applications using C#, .NET and ASP.NET MVC or equivalent Microsoft development technologies in an enterprise ICT environment.
• Demonstrated ability to design, build and maintain APIs, integrations, backend services and database-driven application components.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and judgement skills, including the ability to investigate defects, resolve issues and provide practical technical recommendations.
