We are seeking Master Scheduler to join a high-performing Federal Government Department. The successful Master Scheduler will play a key role in establishing and managing integrated program schedules, milestone reporting, resource planning and PMO support across a complex delivery environment.

The successful Master Scheduler will secure a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension, based in Canberra.

The Master Scheduler will be responsible for but not limited to;

• Developing and maintaining an integrated master program schedule
• Working closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to support accurate planning
• Tracking project progress, identifying bottlenecks and providing scheduling insights
• Producing milestone reports and responding to ad hoc status queries from senior stakeholders
• Supporting PMO processes, project governance, and records management

The Master Scheduler will have experience in the following:

• Demonstrated experience developing and managing detailed, complex program/project schedules
• Strong knowledge of program management processes, procedures and PMO support practices
• Experience working with technical teams delivering digital or business transformation initiatives
• Proficiency using tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet or similar, and Excel skills
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills, and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders
