We are seeking experienced Technical Business Analysts to join a high-performing Federal Government Department. The successful Technical Business Analysts support a complex Microsoft 365 and Exchange project, working across requirements definition, design and deployment of core Microsoft cloud services. The successful Technical Business Analysts will secure an contract until 30 June 2027 with the view to be extended for 2 years and receive a rewarding hourly rate.

The Technical Business Analysts will be responsible for but not limited to;

• Facilitating workshops and engaging business, technical and governance stakeholders
• Eliciting, analysing and validating business, functional and non-functional requirements
• Documenting requirements for Microsoft 365 services
• Developing user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications
• Supporting solution design, testing, deployment and transition to business as usual

The Technical Business Analysts will have experience in the following:

• Experience working with Microsoft cloud solutions or enterprise collaboration platforms
• Experience across Exchange, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams and Copilot
• Strong experience creating and maintaining delivery artefacts in Azure DevOps or equivalent
• Ability to manage backlogs, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across business and technical teams
• Experience supporting testing, UAT and validation of Microsoft cloud solutions
