A Federal Government organisation is seeking an experienced ERP Change Manager to support the successful delivery of a large-scale Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) transformation program. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the people side of change across a major business and technology initiative, driving stakeholder adoption and embedding new ways of working across Finance, HR, Procurement and Corporate Services functions. The successful ERP Change Manager will be offered an initial 12-month engagement based in Canberra, Sydney with flexible working arrangements and the opportunity to work alongside senior stakeholders, project teams and delivery partners within a complex government environment.

The successful ERP Change Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans aligned to ERP program objectives.
  • Conduct stakeholder impact assessments, readiness assessments and change analysis activities.
  • Design and deliver communication, engagement, training and capability uplift initiatives.
  • Support business areas through transition, go-live and adoption activities.
  • Monitor and report on change adoption, risks, issues and benefits realisation outcomes.
  • Provide expert advice to senior stakeholders on change impacts, risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Work closely with project teams, business leads and delivery partners to ensure change activities are integrated into program delivery.

To be successful, the ERP Change Manager will demonstrate:

  • Proven experience delivering organisational change within large-scale ERP, digital transformation or ICT-enabled programs.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including experience working with senior executives.
  • Demonstrated experience with change management frameworks such as Prosci, ADKAR or equivalent.
  • Experience developing and delivering communication, training, readiness and adoption strategies.
  • Ability to translate technical and system changes into practical business impacts and outcomes.
  • Experience working within Government or other complex organisational environments will be highly regarded.
