We are seeking Senior Project Manager to join a high-performing Federal Government Department. The successful Senior Project Manager lead multi-disciplinary teams, delivering complex initiatives across technical, commercial, and operational domains. The successful Senior Project Manager will secure an initial 12-month contract with the view to be extended for two years and receive a rewarding hourly rate.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for but not limited to;

• Leading & managing complex project delivery, including scope, schedule, risk, finance, & resourcing
• Providing strategic advice to senior stakeholders and leadership teams
• Driving project governance, reporting, and performance tracking
• Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across government and industry
• Managing and mentoring high-performing project teams

The Senior Project Manager will have experience in the following:

• Strong experience delivering complex ICT or enterprise-scale projects
• Expertise in project management frameworks (e.g., PRINCE2)
• Proven ability in financial & budget management, and Organisational change management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Experience working in secure or Federal Government environments (highly regarded)
