One of Australia’s leading Federal Government agencies is looking to engage an experienced Senior Cyber Security Governance Analyst to support cyber security governance, risk and compliance activities across a critical resilience uplift program. The successful Senior Cyber Security Governance Analyst will be offered an initial 12-month contract with a 12-month extension option, based onsite in Canberra.

The successful Senior Cyber Security Governance Analyst will play a key role in strengthening cyber security governance, supporting security assurance activities and developing security documentation to enable informed decision-making.

The successful Senior Cyber Security Governance Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Develop formal cyber security documentation.
• Review and define security requirements.
• Support security assurance and IRAP activities.
• Coordinate penetration testing activities.
• Provide security input into solution designs.

The successful Senior Cyber Security Governance Analyst will have experience in the following:

• Cyber security GRC experience.
• Knowledge of the ISM and PSPF.
• Strong understanding of the Essential Eight.
• Experience developing GRC documentation.
• Experience supporting security assurance activities.
