One of Australia’s leading Federal Government agencies is looking to engage experienced Senior Business Analysts to support the delivery of business and technology initiatives across a complex environment. The successful Senior Business Analysts will be offered an initial 12-month contract with a 12-month extension option, with opportunities available in NSW and VIC and hybrid working arrangements.

The successful Senior Business Analysts will work closely with business subject matter experts and IT teams to analyse business needs, define requirements and support solutions from initial discovery through to testing and implementation.

The successful Senior Business Analysts will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Facilitate requirements workshops and interviews.
• Develop business and system requirements.
• Create as-is and to-be process maps.
• Develop user stories for Agile projects.
• Support testing, UAT and implementation activities.

The successful Senior Business Analysts will have experience in the following:

• Strong Business Analysis experience.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements.
• Strong business process mapping skills.
• Experience developing Agile user stories.
• Experience supporting UAT and system implementation.

Experience with User-Centred Design (UCD), requirements traceability and developing user guidance or training materials will be highly regarded.
