One of Australia’s leading Federal Government agencies is looking to engage an experienced ICT Portfolio Manager to lead the strategic management and delivery of multiple ICT projects and initiatives. The successful ICT Portfolio Manager will be offered an initial 12-month contract with a 12-month extension option, with hybrid opportunities available across QLD, WA, ACT, VIC, NSW, NT, SA and TAS.

The successful ICT Portfolio Manager will oversee multiple projects aligned to common strategic objectives, ensuring effective governance, resource allocation and delivery while building strong relationships between ICT and business stakeholders.

The successful ICT Portfolio Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Manage and maintain the ICT project portfolio.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets and risks.
• Manage resources and cross-project dependencies.
• Establish portfolio governance and reporting.
• Engage senior executives, vendors and stakeholders

The successful ICT Portfolio Manager will have experience in the following:

• Senior Project or Program Management experience.
• Experience leading high-performing teams.
• Strong ICT portfolio and program management experience.
• Experience working within Government environments.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or SAFe certification will be highly regarded.
