An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Process Improvement Specialist to drive process optimisation across complex service delivery environments. You will analyse current processes, identify pain points and use data-driven insights to develop practical improvements that enhance customer and business outcomes.

The successful Process Improvement Specialist will be offered an initial 6-month contract with the view to be extended, with opportunities across QLD, VIC, NSW and SA and hybrid working arrangements.

The successful Process Improvement Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Map current and future-state processes and identify improvements.
• Conduct data analysis and time and motion studies.
• Facilitate workshops with end-users and key stakeholders.
• Lead continuous improvement and process optimisation activities.

The successful Process Improvement Specialist will have experience in the following:

• End-to-end process analysis and process mapping.
• Data-driven analysis and evidence-based recommendations.
• Stakeholder engagement, workshops and facilitation.
• Leading multidisciplinary teams and improvement initiatives.
