We are seeking an experienced Lead ERP Data Readiness Data Analyst to join a major Federal Government transformation program. The successful Lead ERP Data Readiness Data Analyst will support an enterprise ERP uplift, undertaking hands-on data readiness, profiling, cleansing and remediation activities across legacy systems covering HR, finance, procurement, travel and expense data. This opportunity is based in the ACT with hybrid arrangements.

The successful Lead ERP Data Readiness Data Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Profiling and analysing enterprise data to identify data quality issues, risks and remediation priorities
• Undertaking and coordinating data cleansing, corrections, validation and repeatable quality checks
• Developing data readiness baselines, remediation registers, quality measures and status reporting
• Working with system administrators, business representatives, data owners and SMEs to investigate issues and validate outcomes

The successful Lead ERP Data Readiness Data Analyst will have experience in the following:

• Strong hands-on experience extracting, profiling, cleansing and validating complex enterprise data using SQL, Excel, Power Query, reporting tools or similar technologies
• Experience delivering data readiness, legacy data cleansing or remediation across ERP, HRIS, finance, procurement or other corporate systems
• Proven ability to identify, quantify and remediate data quality issues across multiple systems and business domains
• Strong stakeholder engagement, planning and communication skills, with the ability to manage multi-domain workloads, issues and dependencies
