One of Australia's most progressive Federal Government departments are looking to engage an experienced Project Manager to support their Digital Capabilities and integration platform projects. You will also be responsible for the implementation of COTS and bespoke applications across multiple projects. The role will have flexible working arrangements and is able to be worked out of any of their Australian offices. The successful Project Manager will be offered a 12 month contract with 2 X 12 month extension options.

The successful Project Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to: 

• Managing project resources and coordinating with service providers and stakeholders
• Development of Project Management documentation including business cases and project plans
• Managing project related change including consistent communication with active engagement
• Contributing to continuous Project Management improvement

The successful Project Manager will have experience in the following:

• Experience aligning outcomes, schedules and deliverables to the Software Development Lifecycle
• Minimum 3 years experience delivering Project Management services for Government programs
• Experience preparing and supporting IT Procurement activities
• Project Management certifications (desirable)
