One of Australia's leading Federal Government departments are looking to engage an Multiple Network Administrators/ Network Engineers to provide support to ensure the smooth operation of the departments network devices, managing network security, and providing technical support to end-users. The Successful Multiple Network Administrators/ Network Engineers will be offered an initial 12-month contract with the view to be extended and receive a rewarding hourly rate. 

The successful Multiple Network Administrators/ Network Engineers  will be responsible for the below:

• Ensuring implementation and management of network security measures.
• Performing monitorisation and optimisation or network performance.
• Providing regular network audits and implement necessary updates and patches.
• Engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

The successful Multiple Network Administrators/ Network Engineers  will have experience in the following:

• Understanding of ICT network infrastructure including WAN, LAN, WLAN, firewalls, routers, and switches.
• Demonstrated ability in the escalation of technical issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Proven knowledge of Cisco networking technologies.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
