A high profile Federal Government Department is looking to engage an experienced Global Remuneration Analyst (Human Resource Analyst). The successful candidate will be offered an initial 12 month contract with the view to extend for a further 24 months and receive a rewarding hourly rate.

The successful Global Remuneration Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Conduct annual reviews of remuneration across 100+ overseas missions
  • Maintain and enhance DFAT’s global remuneration analysis model (Excel / PowerQuery)
  • Source and integrate market remuneration data into reporting models
  • Provide strategic advice and quality assurance on remuneration decisions

The successful Global Remuneration Analyst will have experience in the following:

  • Background in HR, remuneration analysis and/or accounting
  • Advanced Excel skills including PowerQuery
  • Strong experience analysing remuneration and economic data
  • Proven stakeholder engagement within government or large organisations
