One of Australia's most progressive Federal Government departments are looking to engage a Program Manager to lead the delivery of a department wide transformation Program inclusive of business-as-usual activities. The successful Program manager will work closely with Senior leaders and will be offered a 3 year contract with a 12 month extension option.

The successful Program Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to: 

• Managing the Program and leading the delivery of project outputs using the Managing Successful Programs methodology.
• Providing leadership and  manage vendor, technical and business stakeholder relationships
• Creating and maintaining project documentation in accordance with program requirements and methodologies based on MSP and Prince2.
• Directing project, technical and business resources to deliver work packages to manage risks resolve issues.

The successful Program Manager will have experience in the following:

• ICT Program Management, experience preferably in large ICT program deployments
• Proven ability to maintain currency in information technology processes and technical knowledge through ongoing professional development.
• Hands on experience implementing improved ICT practices and procedures. 
• Experience establishing and maintaining effective business relationships and professional networks.
