One of Australia’s most progressive Federal Government programs is seeking an AI DevSecOps Engineer to deliver advanced integration and automation capabilities within secure Defence environments. This role offers a 7-month contract with 2 x 12-month extension options, working on cutting-edge AI/ML and DevSecOps solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement integration solutions across AI/ML platforms, data services, and Kubernetes environments.
• Define and maintain Interface Control Documents (ICDs), API specifications, and data mappings.
• Plan and execute integration test suites, ensuring security, performance, and reliability.
• Embed Continuous Authority to Operate (CATO) and ISM security controls in all integration designs.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven systems integration experience in secure, multi-platform environments.
• Strong DevSecOps and Kubernetes proficiency for build/test/run automation.
• Python/Linux scripting for tooling and automation.
• Competence with APIs, CI/CD toolsets, and integration testing methods.
