 A high-profile Federal Government Agency is seeking experienced Data Integration/Analytics Engineer to join a mission-critical national security program. These roles will develop and support end-to-end data management processes, using appropriate tools and techniques that conform to agreed process standards and industry specific regulations. The successful candidates will secure an initial 12-month contract with 2 x 12-month extension options and receive a competitive hourly rate.

 As an Data Integration/Analytics Engineer you will:

• Manages the iteration, review and maintenance of data requirements and data models
• Provides expert guidance in the selection, provision and use of database and data warehouse architectures, software and facilities
• Creates and maintains data pipelines to connect data within and between data stores, applications and organisations.
• Analyse ICT documentation and configuration using vulnerability assessment tools
• Contribute to infrastructure planning, maintenance, scripting, and operational issue resolution
• Provides expert advice and guidance to enable the organisation to get maximum value from its data assets.

 To be successful, you will bring:

• Proven experience in using enterprise data pipeline platformssuch as and tools MS-SSIS, Informatica, Apache Kafka and NiFi to manage corporate data assets
• 5+ years of relevant data integration / analytics engineering experience
• Experience troubleshooting IT systems and using logging tools such as Elastic Stack (ELK)
• Experience with continuous integration and delivery pipeline toolsets including GitLab, Artifactory, Jenkins, Docker, Ansible
