Our client is a leading Australian renewable energy provider is seeking an experienced Project Manager join their collaborative team driving transformation initiatives. This role will support the delivery of complex Infrastructure and Cyber projects, working with technical and business stakeholders to manage requirements, risks, dependencies, and vendors.  This pivotal role requires a strong leader with a proven track record of delivering successful ICT projects and initiatives within complex settings. The successful Project Manager will be offered an initial contract until June 30, 2026 with the view to extend and receive a rewarding hourly rate.

The successful Project Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Developing and implementing a comprehensive ICT strategy aligned with organisational goals.
• Leading the transition of ICT services, ensuring value for money, service continuity, and fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Building strong stakeholder relationships and providing considered technical and strategic advice to decision-makers.
• Overseeing day-to-day operations of the ICT team, including management of staff, budgets, and resources.

The successful Project Manager will have experience in the following:

• Delivering complex ICT projects within government or large organisations.
• Stakeholder engagement and relationship management at senior levels.
• Strong leadership, communication, and risk management skills.
• Knowledge of governance and compliance frameworks, with a focus on ICT security and data protection.
