One of Australia's most progressive Federal Government departments are looking to engage a Organisational Change Manager to play an important role in delivering effective communication activities across the organisation. The successful Organisational Change Manager will foster strong relationships that promote awareness of project activities, further building our reputation and will be offered a 6 months contract with a 24 month extension option.

The successful Organisational Change Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to: 

• Produce compelling multi-channel communication initiatives, promoting key project and organisational messages
• Contribute to the creation of a suite of communication artefacts, including templates, branding and messaging guides and standards
• Assist projects with the development of communication plans as required
• Contribute to the execution and update of communication and digital marketing strategies

 The successful Organisational Change Manager will have experience in the following:

• Prior experience as an organisational change manager working in large complex environments
• Demonstrated experience in designing and developing templates, branding and messaging guides and standards
• Hands on experience implementing improved ICT practices and procedures. 
• Experience establishing and maintaining effective business relationships and professional networks.
